For new and established patients we offer a yearly raffle as a fun way to thank patients for staying on time for appointments and filling out all the fun forms that we have. For those patients that are on allergy shots we wish to reward those that come regularly for allergy injections. The next raffle drawing will be sometime in December. We usually raffle off some technology item (TV, laptop, etc.). You can enter by asking the front desk staff for a ticket to put your name and phone number in our raffle box in the front office area.
